We recommend a 20% tip for most events to show appreciation for your driver’s professionalism and service. Gratuity is not included in your invoice, so feel free to tip your driver directly on the day of your event.

We recommend reserving your trolley at least 6–12 months in advance, especially for spring, summer, and fall weddings. Our calendar fills up quickly during peak seasons — the earlier you book, the better your chances of securing your preferred date and time.

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to your event date. Once your form is submitted and details are confirmed, we’ll send over an invoice and booking agreement.
